The Kingston Garden Club is gearing up for the next biggest and best plant sale ever.
When:
Saturday before Mother's Day weekend
This year.....May 4, 2013 9 am - 1 pm
What members need to know about the sale....
Where: Community Center in Kingston on Hwy 104
Why: Profits are used for the Blanche Gray garden shows at Gordon and Wolfle Elementary Schools, Aloha Wright Grants for community beautification and school and community garden related projects, educational assistance, local food banks and other community activities.
Who: Anyone can buy who has a love of plants.
What: Plants are priced from $1.00 and up. Houseplants, perennials for shade and sun, groundcovers, annuals, shrubs and trees, vegetables and bulbs of all kinds are available at the sale.
Hundreds of plants come from the yards of the
Kingston Garden Club Members and from donations from area nurseries and local residents.
