Meeting Minutes

August 17, 2011

Meeting called to order by returning President Liz J at 11:4AM at the home of Ann I

First order of business:  Installation of new and returning officers

The treasurer asked that the new budget be voted on by the members. The members voted and the budget was passed.

The balance as of July 1, 2011 is $8319.00

Announcements:

1.      Please bring school supplies to the September meeting rather then the cans of food.

2.      Pie in the Park will Thursday August 25, 2011. 

3.      Blanche Gray School Garden Shows will be held in September: 

Wolfle Elementary on Sept. 15 and Gordon Elementary School on the 22nd of August.   You will still have time to sign up to help at Gordon at the September meeting or by contacting Annika.
